whole30 days 8 and 9

DAY 8

meal one - veggie scramble + 1/2 avocado, black coffee

meal two - brunch with friends - steak & eggs

meal three - 2 eggs, 1/2 avocado, macadamia nuts, almonds, a few dates

(so many eggs, ha! kinda getting sick of them)

DAY 9

meal one - a huge bowl of fruit - melon, bananas, kiwi, strawberries

meal two - chicken salad in avocado “bowls”

meal three - homemade beef & veggie stew my mama made :) with a side of roasted grape tomatoes
